The access and use of any NFT Marketplace is subject to the separate terms of that NFT Marketplace and any Direct Sales are subject to the terms thereof. We are not responsible or liable for any third-party NFT Marketplace, any Direct Sales, or any third-party entitlements or benefits. You covenant not to sue EIATC based on activities that may occur on such NFT Marketplaces, any Direct Sales, due to third-party benefits or entitlements.
When Purchaser acquires one of our NFTs, Purchaser owns all personal property rights to that NFT (e.g., the right to freely sell, transfer, or otherwise dispose of that NFT); however, such rights expressly do not include the ownership of the intellectual property rights in the Art. Such rights are licensed pursuant to the Section below and those terms govern. In accordance with the foregoing, at no point may we seize, freeze, or otherwise modify the ownership of any NFT.
Occasionally, at our discretion, we may include or offer third party products or services on our website. These third party sites have separate and independent terms. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these sites.

They are the beginning of another kind of relationship between people, not only the transaction of certificates.
Blind minting usually has no real purpose other than the idea that you are part of a community and can have more prestige if luck is on your side.

We’re very much in favor of blind minting, dutch auctions, and other methods used by other projects to build a community, but this time we’re making a change.
That is why in this first stage we disassociated ourselves from the creation of games, avatars and discord communities with no clear purpose other than to entertain people with similar tastes. We have no childish ideas or cartoons. We do not want to program the creation of thousands of NFTs and then sell the idea that owning one gives you prestige and speculate that you can sell it more and more expensive.
It’s time you see that the technology behind NFTs isn’t just certificates that give you the rights of a drawing, a song or page. It is time we understand that the creation of digital, inviolable, traceable and decentralized stored tokens and contracts is a way to create trust between people.

The problem is that our limited mind only seeks to escape from the truth and obtain things that often cost much more work in the physical world and those limitations do not allow us to realize the reality and beauty that is the metaverse.
We continue to draw maps, build communities and create projects that are mappable in 2 dimensions and habitable in 3, but the reality is that the metaverse is only limited by our imagination and the dimensions and relationships are much more flexible than in the physical world. To inhabit the true Metaverse, it is necessary to have a way of relating above the current ways.
